These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, products, facial services, virtual consultations, and SMS/text-messaging program (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, booking a session, making a purchase, or opting in to text messages, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase products, book services, or opt in to our SMS program.

2. Services & Products

Skincare products and facial sessions are offered for personal, cosmetic use only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Results vary by individual. Always patch-test new products and consult a licensed medical professional for skin concerns.

3. Bookings, Payments & Cancellations

Appointments must be confirmed in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee. Product purchases are subject to our refund policy posted at checkout.

4. SMS / Text Messaging Program (A2P 10DLC)

By providing your mobile number and opting in (via web form, checkout, paper form, or by texting our keyword), you expressly consent to receive recurring automated marketing, transactional, and appointment-related text messages from Julia Cantu at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
